A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I am very passionate about dogs and have owned them for most of my life. As a young child, I was bought up in a house with dogs. One of them had puppies, what an experience to be part of and recall happy memories many years later. I did have dogs of my own, German Shepherds, some rescues and some not.
I'm now in the lucky position of being able to extend my experience to looking after your dog.
You can be assured that your dog would be looked after as well as one of my own. Dogs are not just a pet, but a loyal and trusted member of the family.

HOW TO COOL YOUR DOG DOWN.
Move your dog to a cool place that is out of the sun. This could be your coolest room in the house .Use a fan to cool the air around them.
Give them a cool drink.
Pour cool water over their body paying particular attention to behind the ears and feet.
Have a plastic paddling pool for them to play in. (watch them at all times) or Place wet towels over their body, changing towel frequently.
On a walk find shaded areas for frequent rests.
Walk your dog either early morning or evening time when it is cooler.
Play short games if your dog looks forward to these.
Always shorten walks in hot weather.
Have a drink ready for them. Your'll probably need one too!
